Mimmos is a restaurant franchise with outlets all over the country. Their menu includes pizza, pasta, and goodies from the grill, offering something for every member of the family.
We were tasked with designing a new website for Mimmos, and coming up with a marketing strategy.
Mimmos asked us for a single concept that could encapsulate multiple promotions throughout the year. We used the concept of a pizza – which Mimmos are famous for – to slice up these promotions and to create a coherent link between the promotions.
Our campaign was called ‘A Pizza Mimmos’ which we constructed around four themes: A Pizza Happiness, A Pizza Heaven, A Pizza The Action, and A Pizza My Heart. We released each of these ideas at a strategic time of the year – for example, A Pizza My Heart was launched around Valentine’s Day, and A Pizza The Action was launched during rugby season.
